Joshua Law, Esquire (Founder and Lead Attorney)

Joshua Law is the owner and lead attorney at Law Legal Group, P.A., bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to his practice. He graduated from Cooley Law School in 2009 and passed the bar in 2010. With a vision to provide personalized and effective legal services, Joshua opened the firm in 2014.

Since then, he has built a reputation for his commitment to his clients and his expertise in family law. Joshua is known for his strategic approach and his ability to navigate complex legal issues, ensuring that his clients receive the best possible outcomes. Gerald Henley, Esquire (Associate Attorney)

Gregory Mescall, Certified Registered Paralegal

With a decade of dedicated experience as a paralegal, Greg has been a vital asset to our firm for the past four years. Certified as a Florida Registered Paralegal by the Florida Bar, Greg brings a wealth of expertise and an unwavering commitment to serving our clients with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Having spent 30 years living in Florida and 20 years working within the state, Greg possesses an in-depth understanding of local legal practices and regulations. This extensive background, combined with a strong dedication to doing what is right and best for our clients, underscores Greg's approach to every case.

At our firm, Greg is known for a meticulous attention to detail and a proactive attitude, ensuring that each client’s needs are met with precision and care. Greg's commitment to excellence and ethical standards enhances our firm’s ability to deliver exceptional legal support and outcomes.

Erin Hale, Legal Assistant

Erin, a 24-year-old criminology graduate, began her academic journey at Missouri Valley College, where she played on the softball team from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, she transferred to the University of South Florida, where she discovered her passion for helping at-risk youth. Inspired by her fascination with juvenile homicide and under the mentorship of Dr. Kathleen Heide, Erin developed a keen interest in supporting others in achieving their goals. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology in 2022.

Initially uncertain about a career in law, Erin joined Law Legal Group the same year, where she has since played a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of divorces and coordinating hearings. Her experiences at Law Legal Group have solidified her aspiration to attend law school in the near future and become an attorney. Erin is determined and devoted in a way that aligns with her passion for helping clients understand family law while reaching their goals.

Briana De Marco, Legal Assistant

Briana has been a dedicated legal assistant at Law Legal Group, P.A. since 2023. Before joining our team, she worked as a private investigator, honing her skills in research, analysis, and critical thinking. This experience allows her to bring a unique perspective to her work in family law, where attention to detail and a thorough understanding of each case are essential.

In addition to her professional roles, Briana serves as a Guardian ad Litem for the 13th Judicial Circuit, passionately advocating for the best interests of children in complex legal cases. As a mother, she brings empathy and a personal understanding of the challenges families face, ensuring her clients receive the compassionate support they need.

Briana is also pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology, deepening her understanding of human behavior and family dynamics. Her diverse skill set, educational pursuits, and commitment to justice make her an invaluable member of our team.

Mikayla Gibson, Legal Secretary

Hi, I’m Mikayla! Born and raised in Ohio and moved down to Florida about 10 years ago. I’ve have always had an interest in the field of law as my mother is a court reporter (and I have a First 48 obsession, lol.) I decided to pursue it by the attending the HCC Paralegal Studies Program which I’m set to graduate from in Spring 2025. I plan to attend Cooley Law School here in Tampa in 2027 and become an attorney myself! I have a wonderful 2-year-old son whom I love with my entire heart. So when calling, know that you are speaking with a parent as well and I am very understanding of your concerns.
