Meet The Team
Joshua Law, Esq. (Founder and Lead Attorney)
Joshua Law is the owner and lead attorney at Law Legal Group, P.A., bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to his practice. He graduated from Cooley Law School in 2009 and passed the bar in 2010. With a vision to provide personalized and effective legal services, Joshua opened the firm in 2014.
Since then, he has built a reputation for his commitment to his clients and his expertise in family law. Joshua is known for his strategic approach and his ability to navigate complex legal issues, ensuring that his clients receive the best possible outcomes. His leadership and passion for justice have made Law Legal Group, P.A. a trusted name in the community.
Wesley Schini, Esq. Associate Attorney
Wesley grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area before moving to the Southeast when he began his undergraduate career at the University of Alabama. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with a double major in History and Political Science, before continuing onto law school. He attended the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center, graduating with a Juris Doctorate and Degree in Comparative Law. During his time in law school, he participated in a study abroad program in Lyon, France. He also worked at the Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce during Law School and was employed as a Law Clerk for the Civil Division of the Louisiana Attorney General.
Wesley was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2023, and was employed at the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel in Tampa. During his time at Regional Counsel, he represented indigent clients in juvenile dependency proceedings. His experience includes representing clients throughout the juvenile dependency process. Prior to working as an attorney there, he worked at Regional Counsel as a Legal Assistant. He looks forward to working with clients on Family Law matters.
Erin Hale, Administrative Assistant
Erin Hale is a key member of Law Legal Group, P.A., working closely with the firm’s attorneys to support all aspects of case management and firm operations. With over four years of experience alongside Joshua A. Law, Esq., Erin plays a central role in coordinating communication with the courts and opposing counsel, managing scheduling, and overseeing detailed financial discovery and mandatory disclosures.
Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida and is currently working toward becoming a Florida Registered Paralegal. She is highly detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that each case progresses efficiently from start to finish. She regularly assists clients with questions regarding court procedures, financial matters, and overall case progression, helping provide clarity during what can often be a complex process.
Her commitment to maintaining organization and promoting efficient, amicable resolutions is a valuable asset to both the firm and its clients
Greg Mescall, Paralegal
With a decade of dedicated experience as a paralegal, Greg has been a vital asset to our firm for the past four years. Certified as a Florida Registered Paralegal by the Florida Bar, Greg brings a wealth of expertise and an unwavering commitment to serving our clients with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Having spent 30 years living in Florida and 20 years working within the state, Greg possesses an in-depth understanding of local legal practices and regulations. This extensive background, combined with a strong dedication to doing what is right and best for our clients, underscores Greg's approach to every case.
At our firm, Greg is known for a meticulous attention to detail and a proactive attitude, ensuring that each client’s needs are met with precision and care. Greg's commitment to excellence and ethical standards enhances our firm’s ability to deliver exceptional legal support and outcomes.
Brittney Ferguson, Legal Assistant
Brittney is a legal assistant with five years of experience supporting clients through challenging legal matters. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 2022 and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Legal Contracting, expected in 2026.
In her role, she focuses on client interaction, initial case management, and service of cases, helping ensure files are organized, deadlines are met, and clients feel informed and supported throughout the process because she genuinely loves helping people during the toughest times.
